Important: All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by okplus are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of issuance. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotional terms.
Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. okplus reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings in the following circumstances: if the bonus was claimed in violation of eligibility criteria; if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms; if the account holder's KYC verification fails; or if the account is found to have been registered in breach of these Terms.
If you choose to withdraw your deposit balance before completing the wagering requirement associated with an active bonus, okplus will automatically deduct the remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings from your account before processing the withdrawal. Only your remaining verified deposit balance will be released for withdrawal in such circumstances.
Unless expressly stated in the specific promotion terms, only one active bonus may be held on an okplus Account at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus. Players are advised to complete or opt out of existing bonuses before claiming new offers.
The games available on the okplus Platform may vary from time to time and may be subject to geographic, regulatory, or technical restrictions. okplus does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title, live table, or sports betting market.
All random number generator (RNG) game outcomes on the okplus Platform are determined by certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. You may request the closure of your okplus Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable period. You acknowledge that voluntary account closure does not constitute self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes — separate self-exclusion procedures apply if you wish to restrict your access for gaming-related reasons.
Upon termination or suspension of an Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), okplus may withhold and forfeit any Account balance, pending bonuses, and accumulated rewards points associated with that Account. All obligations and liabilities accrued prior to termination remain enforceable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okplus shall not be liable for:
okplus's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okplus Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your okplus Account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other Platform-related matter, you should first contact our customer support team via the 24/7 live chat channel or by email at the address provided in these Terms. okplus will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within five (5) business days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by okplus customer support, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our designated Complaints Officer. If internal escalation does not resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by the okplus platform system shall be the primary reference for determining the correct result. Live dealer game outcomes are recorded on video and are available for review in confirmed dispute cases. RNG game records are logged and auditable.
okplus reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notification within the Platform interface, with reasonable notice provided in advance of the effective date of the changes.
